Penetration Primer is a highly penetrative, thin bituminous solution used for priming concrete roofs, cementitious screeds, renders, bitumen felt and mastic asphalt prior to the application of bituminous materials, such as Brushable Waterproofer.

Penetration Primer should be well scrubbed in by brush or applied by spray, taking care to ensure the surface is dry and as dust-free as possible.

Drying time is approximately 3-6 hours depending on conditions. Make sure that the product has dried completely before over coating.

Wykamol Renovation Plaster is a BBA approved, fibre reinforced, lightweight, cement/lime plaster formulated for a range of applications, including replastering after the successful installation of a Wykamol chemical damp-proof course (DPC).

Wykamol Renovation Plaster is designed to have similar properties to a 1:1:6 cement:lime:sand plastering mortar. Lightweight, perlite aggregates replace a portion of the sand to reduce heat loss and condensation. Fibres are incorporated into the product to control shrinkage and improve flexural strength. In addition, special waterproofing additives along with a porous structure effectively control dampness and salt migration whilst allowing the wall to dry out.

IKO Hyload Tanking Membrane 2000SA is a self adhesive modified bitumen sheet material, that can be used as a fully bonded damp proofing membrane and as Type A Barrier Membrane protection within a structural waterproofing system designed to be compliant with the guidance of BS8102:2009.

RenderProof is a waterproofing and plasticising, cement render additive for use following the insertion of a damp proof course and other waterproofing applications. BBA approved. RenderProof minimises the passage of liquid water through the pore structure of cement renders, thereby preventing the transfer of salts to the surface. Ideally the replastering should be undertaken to surface-dry walls, and a drying period of at least 14 days should be allowed between installation and re-plastering wherever possible.

Renderproof is designed for use in external render coats following the insertion of a damp proofing course, such as Ultracure or Siliconate K.

Insulated DPC (previously Ruberclose) has been developed to minimise cold bridging when closing masonry cavity walls around openings. Designed to be installed as work proceeds, it is easy to handle and resilient enough to accommodate irregularities in cavity closers.

Upon curing, a hydrophobic chemical damp proof barrier is formed in-situ. Curing of the DPC starts immediately with the final cure taking 2-6 weeks depending upon wall thickness. Extensive field experience with this technology demonstrates that Ultracure will perform as well as any conventional liquid injection system against rising damp. Volume 380ml.
