High performance, fibre free board, with a rigid thermoset insulation core and faced on both sides with a low emissivity composite foil facing, for use in partial fill cavity wall applications. The low emissivity foil facings increases the thermal resistance of the residual cavity and reducing the overall U-value of the wall. The good dimensional tolerances of the Mannok Therm Cavity / MC Wall PIR Insulation board enabling it to be tightly butted to form a continuous layer of insulation.
Board size 1200 x 450mm and thickness options 50mm-100mm.
Mannok Therm Floor / MF insulation (previously Quinn Therm QF) is a high performance, fibre free board, with a rigid thermoset insulation core and faced on both sides with a low emissivity composite foil facing. It is suitable for new build and refurbishments projects in both domestic and commercial build. With specific properties that optimise the performance of underfloor heating. The high compressive strength of Mannok Therm Floor / MF enables it to withstand the dead and imposed loads transmitted through the floor. It also reduces heat loss by an air infiltration method, making it the ideal solution for upgrading the thermal performance of existing floors.
Board size 1200 x 2400mm and thickness options 25mm-150mm.
SuperQuilt is one of the UK’s leading multifoil insulations. This flexible, easy to install, multilayer insulation offers tremendous thermal benefits. The benefit of multifoil insulation is that it is suitable for a range of applications from roof insulation, floor insulation and wall insulation and due to the slim depth, you can save valuable space on your installation. The unique composition of the product effectively deals with all forms of energy transfer.
Insulation Netting is used to support insulation between floor rafters or in vertical wall insulation. It can be installed easily by stapling or tacking to the rafters or vertical struts. The insulation net is allowed to sag between the rafters and will support a depth of insulation from 100mm to over 250mm. A single thickness of insulation Net can span rafters up to 450mm apart and a double thickness up to 1200mm. The net is made from UV stabilised polypropylene. Further to this, it is rot proof and chemically resistant.
Warmline Pir Bonded to Plasterboard offers an easy to install, simple solution to improve thermal efficiency in walls and roofs. It can be used for both newbuild and refurb projects.
This material is a traditional, non-reinforced PE coated wet-strength kraft waterproof building paper. B2 paper meets the technical requirements of BS 1521 (Class B without reinforcement) for water-proof building papers. Unlike many other recent developments in building membranes (eg breathable roof underlays), BS 1521 does not give guidance on suitable use, and as such this product is a generic material, used primarily in a wide range of end-user defined applications. However, some typical usage for B2 has naturally evolved over time including for example, temporary protection, concrete shuttering, floor screed break layers and as an external cladding render backing in timber frames. It is an excellent low-cost material with good grease and solvent resistance.
Key Features: Black polythene and kraft paper laminate Multi-use adaptable building product Commonly used as temporary protection
